Sales Engineering Guide (“I,” “me”) is an independent career coaching business run by Zach Maddigan. This policy explains what information I collect through salesengineeringguide.com and how I use it.
What I collect
- Free guide signups: your first name and email address.
- Call bookings: your name, email, and any answers you give when booking, such as your current role or a LinkedIn link. Bookings are handled through Calendly.
- Payments: processed by third-party providers such as Stripe or PayPal. I never see or store your full card details.
- Basic technical data: like most websites, my hosting provider (Wix) may use cookies or similar browser storage to keep the site working and secure.
How I use it
- To send you the guide you requested, plus occasional emails about Sales Engineering careers and my coaching.
- To schedule, prepare for, and follow up on coaching sessions.
- To reply when you contact me.
What I don’t do
I don’t sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
Who else handles it
Your information is stored and processed by the services that run this site: Wix (website, forms, and email), Calendly (scheduling), and my payment processor. Each has its own privacy policy.
Your choices
- Every email includes an unsubscribe link, or you can reply and ask to be removed.
- You can ask me to see, correct, or delete the information I hold about you at any time.
Children
This site is for adults exploring their careers. It isn’t directed at anyone under 16.
Changes
If this policy changes, I’ll update this page and the date at the top.
